The area of storms to our west last night weakened, as it moved into the state early this morning.
A late morning look at radars across Alabama indicate most of the rain is ending. Some areas of lighter showers are moving from west to east across northern sections.
Winds will turn to the northwest this afternoon, and look for sunshine to start to return…especially over western sections of the state.
Cooler and drier air is forecast to move into the state and morning lows on Sunday and Monday will dip down into the 30’s state wide.
Frost is possible across the extreme northern sections, especially on Monday morning.
Sunday looks to be a really nice day, with abundant sunshine and mild temperatures.
A warming trend will be in full swing for the upcoming week.
