Widespread dense fog will continue across the northern half of Alabama through early morning.
Visibilities will be frequently reduced to one quarter of a mile or less.
As a result, a dense fog advisory has been issued for the northern half of the state through 9 am this morning.
Once the fogs burns off, we expect sunny skies to be the rule today.
After the past two mornings of rain across areas of the north, we expect a return to sunny and dry conditions in those areas as well.
Afternoon temperatures are expected to reach around 80 across the north, with mid 80’s across the south.
The warm and dry weather is expected through at least Wednesday. Daytime highs are expected to become warmer as well.
