We are watching for isolated storms with increasing clouds through the day.
The best chance of seeing this happen will be across the northern parts of the state.
These storms will mainly occur late this afternoon through early this evening, thanks to a stalled front draped across northern Alabama.
The primary threats with any of these storms will be gusty winds up to 30 MPH and small hail.
The chance in any one spot in these areas getting wet will be less than 20%. Afternoon highs will rise into the 80’s across the northern areas.
For areas from Tuscaloosa to Montgomery, mostly sunny and dry conditions will prevail and highs will be around 90.
Afternoon highs in the 90’s will be likely across southern Alabama.
