The wedge that caused the clouds and drier conditions on Monday will retreat eastward today and temperatures will try to rebound.
A southerly flow is in place today state wide, and we expect to see an increase in scattered showers and storms by late morning and into the afternoon.
Gusty winds and locally heavy rainfall will be possible with the storms that develop by the afternoon.
Temperatures will be affected by the clouds and storms that form through the day. Generally we expected low to mid 80’s.
The chances for thundershowers will dissipate pretty quickly this evening.
Drier air moves back into most areas on Wednesday, as temperatures are expected to reach upper 80’s to around 90. Most areas will remain dry then.
We will have to watch Thursday, a cold front may affect the state. Depending on timing and strength, we could experience strong storms.
