This morning we have weak northeast flow across Alabama as an area of high pressure was in place over the Mid Atlantic states and the remnants of Arthur head toward Newfoundland Canada.
Temperatures are a few degrees warmer this morning than on Saturday. The surface dew points remain on the low side.
With shallow low level moisture and weak flow across Alabama the remainder of the weekend into the first part of the week, no precipitation is anticipated through Tuesday.
A few more clouds will begin to make their return today, with afternoon temperatures climbing a few degrees in response to surface winds turning more toward the south.
Mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies will be the rule today.
High temperatures look to climb to the upper 80’s for northern areas, and in the low 90’s for southern part of the state.
