High pressure remains over the region this morning along with cool and dry air for much of the state. A lot of areas are reporting 50’s as several record lows appeared to have been broken.
Today’s weather will be much like Tuesday, with mostly sunny skies, low humidity levels and daytime highs about 10 degrees below normal for late July.
Afternoon highs will be around 80 for northern areas and mid to upper 80’s across the south.
We may begin to see an increase of high level clouds from the south by afternoon, but no rain today across Alabama.
Temperatures will moderate some and an increase in moisture from the south will bring in our next chances of rain on Friday.
