The cold front that moved into Alabama on Sunday has pretty much washed out and no longer a factor in our weather.
High pressure will maintain partly cloudy, hot, muggy and mostly dry conditions.
We seen a few scattered thunderstorms on Tuesday. We expect to see a few more scattered mainly afternoon and early evening storms again today.
The overall chance of seeing any rain is pretty low, perhaps 1 in 5 in most locations.
Temperatures are expected to reach near 90 for most locations with some temperatures into the low 90’s.
We expect more storms for northern sections on Thursday as a cold front now to our north makes it move into the southeast.
The front will increase the scattered thunderstorms for late Thursday for areas mainly north of the I-20 corridor.
Storms chances will shift southward on Friday as the front is expected to stall over north Alabama.
