Our cold front has stalled out across southeast sections of Alabama this morning.
Behind the front light northerly winds continue over much of the state, with the cooler and drier air over northern sections.
We expect to see less clouds than on Saturday as partly cloudy and seasonably warm temperatures are expected today across northern and central sections, as high pressure continues to move into the Ohio Valley region.
For southern sections of the state, look for partly cloudy skies with scattered showers and a few storms possible mainly during the afternoon across the southeast sections of the state.
Generally for areas north and west of I-59 should be rain free today.
Afternoon highs will range from the lower 80’s across the north to the lower 90’s in the southeast.
