The storm system in the Gulf that failed to produce very much rainfall has moved to the east over Florida.
High pressure will invade the area through much of the remainder of this week.
The weather pattern will stay dry and warm through at least Thursday.
We are expecting afternoon highs in the mid to upper 80’s for most locations through Thursday.
We will be watching a front and associated storm system move into the state on Friday.
There could be a good band of rain and some storms move into Alabama ahead of the front. At this point we will go with scattered activity possible until the event becomes more clear.
We are more certain on seeing cooler air behind the front, as this weekend will feel more like fall again.
