Partly cloudy and humid weather is expected to continue over Alabama through the rest of the week and into this weekend.
Scattered showers and storms will be possible again today with a weak front stalled across the northern sections of the state.
The best chance of seeing scattered storms today will be over the northern half of the state.
The severe weather threat will be low but a few storms may produce gusty winds around 30 mph and locally heavy rainfall will be the primary threats.
Despite the chance for showers and storms, afternoon highs will top out in the middle to upper 80’s. Some areas in the south may see temperatures hit 90.
