Almost perfect weather conditions are ahead for those that have outdoor plans to start off the Memorial Day weekend.
The mild weather Friday will give way to much warmer afternoon temperatures in the 80’s for Saturday and Sunday.
Southerly surface flow will increase surface dewpoints toward the later part of the weekend. We still expect mostly dry conditions through Sunday.
Clouds will be on the increase Sunday as moisture begins flowing back northward from the Gulf of Mexico. There is a chance of late afternoon showers or thunderstorms, mainly west of Interstate 65.
It looks as though Monday a very moist and unsettled pattern will start off the week as the upper level flow becomes southwesterly across the southeast states.
